"This signing of the inter-institutional cooperation agreement that we signed between authorities of the State bodies will enable the Judicial Branch in the medium and short term to have a single computer system that makes it possible to work with greater transparency within the Judicial Branch," said the magistrate.
Due to a commitment to the digitalization of justice and the electronic file, Torres said that this agreement would guarantee that the Bolivian people can have information in real time and quickly.

"The Judicial Branch could not and cannot be exempt from the use of computer and communication tools," said the president of the TSJ, who noted that this work mechanism will make it possible to interrelate all systems.
Regarding the Commission for the Review of Cases of Femicides and Rape, he indicated that the problems in the Judicial Branch were the lack of interrelation between the different systems, which has made it difficult to effectively follow up on these events.
The Inter-institutional Cooperation Agreement was signed by the TSJ, the Ministry of Government, the Ministry of Justice and Institutional Transparency, the Council of the Magistrature, the Agro-environmental Court, the General Administrative and Financial Directorate of the Judicial Branch and the Electronic Government Agency and Information and Communication Technologies (Agetic).
The Agetic will be "in charge of providing advice, supervision and technical assistance, in the design, development and implementation of the new judicial management model and the unique case management platform, in addition to transferring all the information, documentation and technology generated as appropriate ”, indicated the Judicial News Agency.
