“Yesterday was a very difficult day”: AMLO recognizes a violent day in Nuevo León
After the strong acts of violence that tore the tranquility of the citizens of Monterrey, Nuevo León, the president of Mexico, Andrés Manuel López Obrador, recognized that “yesterday was a violent day” in the country.

From the podium of the National Palace, the president accepted that since the early hours of Tuesday, September 26, a violent day was recorded in the entity governed by Samuel Garcia.
“Yesterday was a very difficult day of violence, especially in Nuevo León,” the president acknowledged about the crisis in the entity to which elements of the National Army had to arrive this morning.

After a day that left more than 20 dead and in which mutilated bodies were found inside bags and coolers, the head of the Executive stressed: "we are analyzing the situation."
According to the first reports, this Wednesday more than 100 Army elements arrived in the state to contain the acts of violence.
