Together they have provided help and knowledge to the IsaÃas Medina Angarita community for eleven years, located in the Petare Parish, Miranda State, in Venezuela. This is the first "El Gran Sucre Cultural Commune" that highlights cultural heritage.

They say that in times of pandemic they had to come up with new work methods to move the workshop forward and thus be able to bring sustenance to their homes, as they assure that each sewing is part of their daily life. - "I love making children's clothing because that is my art, I identify more with baby clothing, I make tutus, spectacular bows, pajamas, all types of baby and adult clothing, but I identify more with children's clothing, I "I came here after the pandemic because I worked on the streets and I have been sewing all my life, but after I came here the pandemic helped me a lot with entrepreneurship because I sewed more, I didn't design or cut or do all those kinds of things," With great joy he recounted how he came to this small workshop where they gave him support.
In addition to the usual work they do together, this space serves to teach other people who are interested in learning to sew, which helps the Cacica Caurimare textile store continue to grow as cultural heritage over the years.

There are many people who come to this place and this season many mothers bring their children's uniforms so that the seamstresses can make some adjustments to them, change the closure or improve a hem on a pair of pants, always seeking to offer good service and with affordable prices.
Without a doubt, the textile store is not only a workshop dedicated to sewing, it is also a point where they converge to share in friendship, between laughter, stories and exploits, while each one with love and dedication does what they are passionate about, this is how Iris Raquel and Irene put "hands to work" with the art provided by needles, threads and machines.
