Through a statement, the Venezuelan Foreign Ministry denounced that "the statements of the Israeli minister are a serious transgression of all international agreements and a demonstration that the State of Israel has degenerated into a threat to life on the planet."

In that sense, the ministry warned that "the International Community must react immediately and stop these extermination actions, contrary to all global laws and norms," in reference to the genocidal Israeli siege of Gaza, which since last October 7 killed to 9,770 Palestinians, including 4,800 children, 2,550 women and 596 elderly adults.

Due to the crimes of the Zionist entity, 47 journalists and 175 health professionals also died, in deliberate actions by Tel Aviv to prevent the truth about this mass extermination from being known and to prevent lives from being saved among those injured by its bombings.

Meanwhile, in the occupied West Bank, health authorities confirmed 152 deaths and 2,100 injuries due to violence by Israeli soldiers or armed settlers.

Faced with these crimes, Venezuela urged "the organs of the United Nations System to condemn the State of Israel, for which it demands that an International Court be immediately established to judge war crimes and threats, which, without any shame, are launched by the gang of criminals that governs said State".

Syria urges control of Israeli nuclear program

Through a statement, the Syrian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates repudiated Eliyahu's statements, calling them racism and state terrorism. In Damascus's opinion, these constitute "new evidence of the state terrorism exercised by Israel, and its brutal racism and extremism."

He also considered that such expressions confirm Israel's possession of weapons of mass extermination outside "the international control system, with the support of its allies in the US administration and the colonial West, which constitutes a serious threat to the security, stability and life of the people of the region".

Condemning the threatening statements, Syria urged the international community and the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) to assume responsibility and take measures to subject the Israeli nuclear program to established international controls.

Previously, the Israeli Minister of Heritage, Amichai Eliyahu, proposed attacking the civilian population of Gaza with atomic weapons, annihilating that Palestinian region and reestablishing Israeli settlements there.
