Uriel Carmona's unconditional entrenches himself in the Morelos Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office
This Thursday afternoon, a federal judge granted a provisional suspension to the Anti-Corruption Deputy Prosecutor, Edgar Rodolfo NĂșñez Urquiza, so that he can be reinstated in office as Anti-Corruption Prosecutor of Morelos, replacing Juan Salazar Nuñez, after he was removed from office. illegally last Thursday, after requesting an arrest warrant against prosecutor Uriel Carmona, imprisoned in the Altiplano.
Last Thursday the substitute prosecutor, Carlos Montes Tello, illegally appointed IsaĂas RodrĂguez Moreno, who at the time of taking office withdrew from said arrest warrant. Tonight RodrĂguez Moreno is entrenched and refuses to be notified of the ruling judicial, to hand over command of the Prosecutor's Office to NĂșñez Urquiza.
The operation to hand over command of the Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office to NĂșñez Urquiza began around 8:00 p.m., in which elements of the Mexican Navy and the State Public Security Commission (CES) participated.
Meanwhile, in the Altiplano, they have not yet allowed the departure of prosecutor Uriel Carmona, whose authorities at that penitentiary center were notified at 3:00 p.m. of the freedom granted to him by a Collegiate Court.
Relatives of the employees of the Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office have arrived around the office waiting for the workers to be allowed to leave.
