The average price of a gallon of self-service regular gasoline in Los Angeles County stood at $5,014 this Thursdayaccording to data from the American Automobile Association (AAA).
An increase of 8.6 cents that was registered this Thursday represents the highest one-day increase since July 14, 2015when fuel rose 15 cents, according to figures from the AAA and the Oil Price Information Service.

The specialist said that so far in 2022, with just over two months to go until the “spring peaks” season, average gas prices have risen between 20 and 23 cents in Los Angeles, San Diego, Orange and Riverside counties.
