Russian local media detail that the funeral of Colonel Olga Kachura, leader of the artillery rocket division of the militia of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) and who died in the fighting, was about to begin in the theater.

While in the Donbass Palace hotel, occupied mainly by journalists, it was necessary to evacuate all those present to the basement; after which Donetsk representatives at the Joint Center for Control and Coordination confirmed the number of dead and wounded in the attack.
