UEFA: United Kingdom and Ireland will host Euro 2028 | News
The Union of European Football Federations (UEFA) announced this Tuesday that the United Kingdom and Ireland will host the 2028 Euro Cup and Italy and Türkiye will host the next edition, scheduled for 2032.

Both candidacies were practically accepted by the entity last week, but it was this Tuesday that the Executive Committee met and deliberated.
The decision was announced in a brief ceremony led by UEFA president Aleksnder Ceferin.

On the other hand, Euro 2028 will be the largest sporting event organized jointly between the United Kingdom and Ireland.
Likewise, these two venues confirm the trend that large competitions are adopting to be sponsored by several countries, which makes these projects more viable.
