Two planes crashed this Saturday during a World War II memorial air show in Dallas, Texas.

Through social networks, videos were broadcast showing the planes colliding then fall to the ground as they catch fire and end in an explosion.

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), as well as the National Transportation Security Board will investigate what happened, but they have no information on the situation of the pilots and possible injuries on the ground at the moment.

Dallas Mayor Eric Johnson regretted the accident.

Both crashed planes belonged to an old collection. The first plane was a B-17 that was part of the Commemorative Air Force and it was one of only nine aircraft still airworthy.

The second plane was a P-63 belonging to only four who were in the United States and they also possessed conditions to fly.
