Tragedy in Santa Cruz Church: survivors narrate the moment of the collapse

I pray for all my colleagues present at the Church of the Holy Cross in Ciudad Madero, something ugly that happened at the baptism of my goddaughter, desperate, thanks to that person who supported me in my work, to the traffic and state corps […] I felt like I wasn't going to be able to see my beautiful family again, to see my desperate mother-in-law and my friend, something that I can't explain how we got out."

According to the Tamaulipas spokesperson, until the information cutoff at 6:00 p.m., the authorities increased the number of fatalities from the accident. When the rescue efforts first began, they confirmed that there were at least three deaths, but the number of deaths rose to seven.

"We are living in a very difficult time," he said.

Until now, the identities of the people who died are unknown; on the other hand, they confirmed that 10 people have already been rescued from the rubble.
