They will propose revoking the INE parity agreement
According to a draft sentence of the magistrate Felipe de la Mata which will be discussed in the next session, the proposal is to revoke the parity agreement of the INE which forced 5 women and 4 men to apply for the 9 governorships.
The preliminary draft sentence considers that Yucatan complied with having the respective legislation and therefore would exit the agreement, so eight entities would be obliged to comply with the Court's ruling.

The document, if approved, would require the parties to nominate four or more women in the eight entities, with the minimum floor being four women and four men.
The entities are Chiapas, Mexico City, Guanajuato, Morelos, Puebla, Tabasco, Veracruz and Jalisco.
