As a result of this complaint, on November 10, 2022, the comptroller's office initiated the administrative responsibilities procedure against six public servants of the Cuauhtémoc mayor's office for the diversion of public resources.

This, upon proving that they did not report raising income from the use of market toilets.

When the investigation stages were exhausted, on December 14, 2022, The Comptroller's Office sent the file to the Administrative Judicial Court of Mexico City and on January 11 of this year a complaint was filed with the Attorney General's Office of Mexico City. and the investigation folder CI-FIDCSP/B/UI-B-2 C/D/00083/01-2023 was opened, for illicit enrichment.

On June 8, it was notified, in the Cuauhtémoc mayor's officethe ruling handed down by Presentation 17 of the First Ordinary Chamber Specialized in Matters of Administrative Responsibilities and Right to Good Administration of the TJACDMX, in files of file TE/I-15617/2022.

The sanctions against six mayoral officials will be applied when the sentence becomes final. These are disqualifications for ten years against six officials, in addition to which they must pay financial compensation of 51 thousand pesos, each, that is, 306 thousand pesos in total.

The sanctioned officials are Martha “N”, who was Director of Markets and Public Roads in the period from October 1 to December 31, 2021; Jessica “N”, who held the same position from January 1 to March 31, 2022 and from May 6 to July 15, 2022; Susana “N” who held the same position from April 1 to April 30, 2022, and Gherson “N”, who held that position from July 16 to August 15, 2022.

Just like Jorge “N”, who was deputy director of Public Roads in the period from October 1 to November 15, 2021, and Rodrigo “N”, who held the same position from November 16, 2021 to November 10, 2022.
