They kill the security secretary and the police director of Coyuca de Benítez; there are nine more dead

The attack occurred in the municipality of Coyuca de Benitezwhen the local security secretary was traveling with his escort through a rural area, said Alejandro Hernández, deputy prosecutor of Warrior.
The "preliminary information shows us that 11 municipal police officers were attacked and lost their lives," said the deputy prosecutor, who indicated that the motives for the massacre are being investigated.
The security secretary was identified by the press as Alfredo Alonso López, who according to those same versions was murdered along with another security official and police bodyguards.
"There was no knowledge of threats towards public servants" in Coyuca de Benítez, Hernández said.
The deputy prosecutor did not offer details about the circumstances of the attack, but local press reports indicated that it was an ambush.
Images spread on social networks show several uniformed officers lying face down on the floor, with their hands tied, apparently lifeless.
