According to the complaint, several women would be detained, including a pregnant woman, as well as a minor, and they point to what they call the hegemonic media and political powers as responsible for the violence against their community.

They also denounce that the women detained at the Airport Police headquarters have been held incommunicado until now.

In the same direction, they denounce that the federal judge Silvina Domínguez issued a search warrant and an arrest warrant for the members of the community.

Likewise, they denounce that Judge Domínguez is not responding to the lawyers of the Argentine League for the Rights of Man who appeared as part of the defense of the detainees.

They recall that there has been no intervention from the Ministry of Women, Gender and Diversity of the Nation, nor from the National Secretariat for Children, Adolescents and Family due to the situation of the detained babies.

They communicate that in the hours of Thursday morning, police officers continued to enter the territory with dogs, drones and tactical groups.

In short, they demand the immediate cessation of the persecution of their fellow detainees, that their lives be guaranteed, as well as their human, territorial and cultural rights.
