The Marshals Service is asking for the public's help in locating the second suspect in the Oct. 3 shooting at Morgan State University in Baltimore. The service offers up to $10,000 as a reward for information leading to the arrest of Jovon Terrell Williams, 18, the Department of Justice announced in a statement. Last week, a 17-year-old suspect was arrested in connection with the shooting. He has been charged with multiple counts of attempted murder and appeared in a DC court on the day of his arrest, where he waived his right to an extradition hearing. Williams, who goes by the name "Chewy" or "Choo," is charged with possession of a machine gun and several other crimes in that case. He is considered “armed and dangerous” by authorities.
