The governor Layda Sansores He reported that 21 Campechanos are in Israel, who would visit the Holy Land.

In a message on social networks, the state leader explained that the Mexicans are fine, since the hotel where they are staying has a shelter.

He added that both the Government of Mexico and the tourist agency through which they traveled are attentive to the people of Israel on Israeli soil.

“Our 21 Campechano brothers who are now in Israel with Father Efraín, on a visit to the Holy Land, are doing well. The hotel where they are staying has a shelter. He @GobiernoMX and the tour operator are very attentive,” he wrote.

This Saturday Israel was bombed by the Palestinian group Hamas, killing at least 300 people and kidnapping dozens more.

In this regard, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (SRE) offered this Saturday consular protection and assistance for Mexicans living in Israel and their family members in the country, amid the announcement by the Israeli Prime Minister, Benjamin Netanyahuof a “long and difficult war” imposed by the Palestinian Islamist group Hamas.
