The Israel-Palestine war has already displaced 1.5 million
In the ten days of the Hamas invasion, which ends today, a total of 1.5 million people from Gaza and Israel left their homes.
Israeli authorities reported the number of citizens displaced since the incursion at 500,000 on October 7 in the south of the country.

Nearly half a million Israelis have been displaced. “We evacuated the south completely, the towns near the Gaza Strip and 20 towns on the border with Lebanon,” said Israel Defense Forces spokesman Jonathan Conricus.
Meanwhile, more than a million people, almost half of Gaza's population, have been displaced.
Access to help is a priority. We are having hourly discussions with the Israelis, the Egyptians and the Gazans about how to do this,” said Emergency Relief Coordinator Martin Griffiths.
