The chief executive specified that the events related to crime are focused on Michoacán, Guanajuato, the State of Mexico, Baja California, Jalisco and Sonora, states that concentrate 49 percent of the homicides in the country.
- The Olmeca refinery in Dos Bocas, which will be inaugurated on July 2, will have a test phase that will allow all the machinery to be harmonized, said President López Obrador.

The new complex in Paraíso, Tabasco, will produce at full capacity in 2023, about 340,000 barrels per day, and will be operated by refining specialists, the president explained in a morning conference.
With the rehabilitation of the six refineries in the country, up to 1,200,000 barrels will be processed, so the commitment to be self-sufficient in fuels from next year and not buy them abroad will be fulfilled.
