Ten dead and ten injured by massacres in Guayaquil, Ecuador | News
Two massacres were registered in the early hours of this Monday in the Ecuadorian city of Guayaquil, which left ten people dead and another ten injured.

According to local media, the violent events took place in the neighborhoods of La Florida and Siete Lagos where six and four deaths were reported, respectively.
Regarding the massacre in La Florida, the Prosecutor's Office reported that a group of armed people broke into a house and began shooting at the people who remained inside.
In this sense, five of the victims were identified as Miguel Ángel Bellaflor, a 25-year-old Colombian; Juan Carlos Moreno, 35 years old; José Roberto Pareja, 33; Mario Reyes, 42 years old; and William Alejandro, 43.
According to national sources, those attacked had no family ties while the police authorities reported that the investigations into the crime are ongoing.
Subsequently, the other event occurred when armed individuals arrived at a party that was taking place in Siete Lagos and shot those present, which left four dead and ten injured, including children aged 14, 13 and 2. .
The people who were injured were taken to medical facilities in the city, where a police force was deployed in the face of a possible new attack by the same attackers.
So far this year, more than 1,255 crimes have been registered in Guayaquil, Durán and Samborondón, which represents an average of around seven people murdered daily.
