In the emergency meeting of the Cabinet, headed by Prime Minister Hussein Arnous, this protocol was ruled, which will create a national fund for the rehabilitation of the affected areas.

"The supervision of the International Red Cross and the Syrian Arab Red Crescent on the delivery of this aid with the support of United Nations organizations would guarantee that this assistance reaches those who deserve it," said the Executive.

Meanwhile, the ministers were authorized to process this aid through the Higher Relief Committee, while it is also intended to facilitate the entry of all donations and aid initiatives.

Thus, the delivery of humanitarian aid across the line that separates the areas under the control of the Syrian Army and the areas controlled by the armed groups was approved, and this delivery will be made by the Organization of the Syrian Arab Crescent and the United Nations Organization United (UN).

Likewise, the Council of Ministers asked the Ministries of Municipal Administration, Health, Public Works and Housing, Transportation and Petroleum to identify input needs.

Among them, medicines, relief material, machinery and oil derivatives to continue rescue operations and create a database from this information.
