Sunday of rains and dust storms in much of the country

The rains and the winds will be generated by a low pressure channel that will extend over the north, center and south of the country, in interaction with a dry line over Coahuila; instability at high levels of the atmosphere and the entry of moisture from the Pacific Ocean, as well as the entry of moisture from the Caribbean Sea.

This morning, the storm formed Tropical Alex in the Atlantic Ocean, from Potential Tropical Cyclone One. At 04:00 hours, central Mexico time, it was located approximately 435 kilometers east-northeast of Fort Pierce, Florida, United States of America, and 1,365 km northeast of Cabo Catoche, Quintana Roo. It has maximum sustained winds of 85 km/h, gusts of 100 km/h and displacement towards the northeast at 35 km/h. It does not affect Mexican coasts.
