Sisters Ana and Gloria Jiménez Duhart are always in communication even when they separate when one of them travels. Last week, Gloria arrived in Israel after being in Ireland and then in Egypt after an English course.

“I knew that my sister had arrived in Tel Aviv because she always sends me the location of the places where she is. When I woke up I saw about the terrorist attack in southern Israel and I wrote to her to ask if she was okay. She told me yes. But very quickly more attacks began, until they reached Tel Aviv and that's when the madness began," Ana told Excelsior.

On the other side of the world, Gloria witnessed when alarms began to ring in the city.

“The entire sky lit up, because projectiles were already falling. "I was in my hotel, the attack was already direct to Tel Aviv," Gloria emphasized, in an interview with Pascal Beltrán del Río, for the first broadcast of Radio Image.

He left on a flight to Istanbul, in Turkey, and reported that a group of Mexicans also fled.

The Mexican authorities simply told them to follow the instructions of their hotels.

“They sent us a link, they told us: fill out your information, but other than that there was no more help,” he denounced.
