Morena defines virtual candidates for 9 governorships... by parity rule
Information Ximena Mejía
The early morning hours surprised Morena without being able to define who will be its virtual candidates for the nine governorships that will be renewed in 2024.
The day began in the morning, with meetings between the party leaders of the 4T and those who participated in the different internal processes. Successively, the candidates from Yucatán, Veracruz, Tabasco, Puebla, Morelos, Jalisco, Guanajuato, Chiapas and Mexico City paraded in a hotel in the capital. After privately explaining the results of the surveys, there was a brief conference to disseminate the results.
Thus, throughout the day it was learned that in seven cases the best positioned were men and only two women, Rocío Nahle, in Veracruz, and Margarita González, in Morelos, won their processes and practically have their candidacies tied.
