Sexual offender of a minor in Oaxaca sentenced to 33 years in prison

Through a statement, the State Prosecutor's Office reported that in January 2021, the accused – identified as Apolin MV – sexually assaulted his daughter in the community of El Porvenir, municipality of La Reforma, in Putla Villa de Guerrero.

On October 25, the Collegiate Trial Court based in Puerto Escondido handed down a conviction by proving the existence of the crime equivalent to aggravated rape, as well as the full responsibility of Apolinar 'MV', who will have to serve a sentence of 33 years in prison, as well as the payment of a fine of more than 248 thousand pesos and the payment of reparation for the damage.
