Serial rapist from CDMX has pending accounts in Hidalgo; raped a child

After the serial rapist of men from the Mexico Citythe person in charge of the office of the Attorney General's Office of Hidalgo (PGJH), Santiago Nieto Castilloreported that a victim from the Hidalgo entity has also already been detected.

The state attorney added that “the accused is being investigated for 12 violations and assaults against genderqueer people in Mexico City, whom he contacted through an application, to later arrange meetings that he took advantage of to attack his victims.”
