In a statement, the FGR said that Sosamontes, who was head of the Social Communication Office of the then Ministry of Social Development in 2014, He allegedly improperly contracted services with public resources with Radio and Television of Hidalgowhich, he says “were not carried out”, for which they would have caused a detriment to the Federal Public Treasury for the amount of more than 353 million pesos.
“With this action, all the regulations that the Law requires in the use of public resources destined for social communication programs are being contravened, to divert them and disintegrate them for criminal purposes,” highlights the prosecutor's office.
