Social organizations and activists protested on Tuesday outside the headquarters of the Summit on Climate Change of the European Union (EU), which is taking place in Spain.

Collectives in defense of the climate, climate activists, as well as social and union movements, demonstrate denouncing the political measures by the EU that continue to favor big capital in the face of climate and nature protection.
The event that takes place behind closed doors aims to mark the lines of work of the European Union on these issues such as the ecological transition, migration, climate displaced persons, which may increase in the coming decades.

The summit is attended by delegations from 27 European countries and the main Ministries of the Environment of the European Union and the measures will be discussed by the Ministry of Ecological Transition of the Spanish State.
Since the first of June, Spain presides over the EU, the mandate will last six months with the peculiarity that it will be during an electoral process.
