PRI and PRD separately register Xóchitl Gálvez as presidential pre-candidate
Mexico.- November.
Gálvez with a yellow huipil, and in the company of the national president of the Democratic Revolution party, Jesús Zambrano Grijalva, and the PRD militancy, committed to defending and working for the causes of women and vulnerable populations, “we need to fight for a greater social justice,” he asserted.
A few hours later, already wearing a red huipil, Xóchitl Gálvez called the militants and leaders of the tricolor to unity. Likewise, he appreciated the party's openness to adding her to the process in the next electoral contest "I am here, ready, with all my strength and all my heart, to start a new journey together."
For his part, the president of the tricolor, Alejandro Moreno, addressed a message twice as long as the one Gálvez Ruiz announced, in which he forcefully expressed that the cadres who left the ranks of the party, who are exponents of incongruity , “they were enrolled in the ranks of opportunism,” they blackmailed him and sought to weaken him, and added that “their expulsion, instead of diminishing us, strengthens us.”
