The president of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, announced this Tuesday in Brasilia that he will soon receive a delegation of foreign ministers from some twenty countries participating in the Bogotá Conference.

In statements offered to the press at the end of the meeting of South American presidents, held in Brazil, President Maduro said that this visit is intended to "reanimate the spirit" of the International Conference on the Political Process in Venezuela, which took place on April 25 in the Colombian capital.
"Soon I will receive a group of foreign ministers from the countries participating in the Bogotá dialogue who bring me a message," explained the Venezuelan head of state.
He added that "we want to move towards an inclusive dialogue, the strengthening of Venezuelan democracy, the strengthening of internal dialogue, peace in Venezuela," he said.
"President (Colombian Gustavo) Petro is very committed, I can almost say that President Petro is becoming a guarantor of the progress of the dialogue," said the Venezuelan president.
