Police officers involved in the femicide of Montserrat Juárez arrive in CDMX
The Police officers involved in the femicide of Montserrat Juárez were arrestedone in Hidalgo and another in Nuevo León, however, they managed to be captured and were already transferred to the Mexico City (CDMX).
The CDMX Attorney General's Office reported the transfer of the former police officers assigned to the Secretariat of Citizen Security (SSC) who are related to the Montserrat feminicide.
Both René 'N' and Freddy 'N' were transferred to CDMX and are already in Agency 50, detailed the capital's Prosecutor's Office.
The police were linked to the events after A video came to light in which they are seen helping to lower the body of the young Montserrat, from an apartment in the Anáhuac I neighborhood, in the Miguel Hidalgo mayor's office, where she was deprived of her life on September 22.
René 'N' was detained in Hidalgo, while Freddy was in Nuevo León at the time of his capture.
What are police officers accused of?
According to the investigations of the CDMX Prosecutor's Office, the police not only helped to lower Montserrat's body, but also Freddy contacted a funeral home to carry out the procedure now a supposed doctor who certified the cause of death of the young woman, in whose report he lied.
All of the above, for a financial reward that both police officers would receive for helping to hide the feminicide. The police's objective was frustrated after the funeral home detected inconsistencies and decided to take the young woman's body to the Public Ministry.
What did Montserrat Juárez die from?
The 25-year-old girl died from multiple traumaaccording to the autopsy carried out by the Institute of Forensic Sciences and Expert Services.
Those allegedly responsible for the death of Montserrat Juárez are already in prison, among them, Sean Ángel 'N', who was his partner, as well as his in-laws.
