Open registration for Pension for Older Adults
The Secretary of Welfare, Ariadna Montiel Reyes, reported that from June 19 to 30 the registration for the incorporation into the Pension for the Well-being of Older Adults will be carried out throughout the country for those who turn 65 between the months of May and June.
He summoned the elderly to go to any of the two thousand and one Well-being Modules that provide care from Monday to Saturday from 10 in the morning to 4 in the afternoon. To know the date, time and location of the Well-being Modules, you must enter with CURP in hand to the official page of the Secretary of Well-being gob.mx/bienestar.
The requirements to register for the Pension for the Well-being of the Elderly are:
- Valid official identification
- Birth certificate
- curp
- Proof of address not older than six months
- Cell phone and home contact number
Older adults have the right to register an auxiliary person who supports them in the procedures, and must meet the same requirements.
In the event that the elderly person cannot move due to force majeure that prevents them from leaving their home, a family member may start the process and request a home visit so that the pension can be registered directly at their home. Likewise, the 800 639 42 64 Wellness Line is available.
The registration will be carried out according to the initial letter of the first surname of the elderly person, under the following registration calendar:
