A shooting near a Louisville, Kentucky, bar-restaurant early Sunday left one man dead and five others wounded, police said.
Police arrived at the scene, in downtown Louisville, at about 3 am and found a man dead, Major Shannon Lauder told reporters. Another man, injured, was taken to the hospital and was in critical condition Sunday morning.
Four other people suffered non-life-threatening injuries and another man was injured in a fall, according to news reports. So far no one has been arrested. Lauder called on the public to deliver any information he has in this regard.
The incident occurred near the Southern Restaurant & Lounge on Third Street in downtown Lousiville.
Police were still investigating the incident on Sunday morning.
