Earlier, a Control judge imposed preventive detention on both subjects during a hearing that took place in the courts of said detention center, when They had not yet been arrested for the feminicide.
In it judicial act which lasted less than an hour, the judge described her detention as legal, which took place a day after the subjects and a police officer were caught lowering the young woman's body down the stairs of a building located in the Anáhuac I colony.
Paramedics from the Rescue and Emergency Medical Squad (ERUM) and police officers who attended this case in the first instance were suspended. and investigations are carried out to determine responsibilities.
