Mujer de Texas es arrestada y acusada de amenazar al juez federal que supervisa caso de Trump

Abigail Jo Shry, una mujer de Texas, fue detenida y acusada de amenazar a la juez federal que presidía el caso electoral del expresidente Donald Trump en Washington, DC.
Según New York Post, la mujer llamó a la oficina de la juez de distrito de los Estados Unidos del Distrito de Columbia, Tanya Chutkan, y lanzó una intrigante amenaza.
Abigail Jo Shry supuestamente dejó un mensaje de voz amenazando con matar a Chutkan y a la representante Sheila Jackson Lee, según una denuncia penal presentada en el Distrito Sur de Texas.
Datos del Departamento de Seguridad Nacional establecen que la mujer amenazó con matar a cualquiera que se opusiera a Trump, “todos los demócratas en Washington D.C. y todas las personas de la comunidad LGBTQ”.
La declaración jurada, presentada en un tribunal federal la semana pasada y reportada por primera vez el miércoles por Bloomberg Law , alega que Shry llamó a la oficina de la juez federal de distrito Tanya Chutkan el 5 de agosto y dejó un “mensaje de correo de voz amenazante” destinado a Chutkan, quien fue asignado al azar a supervisar el caso penal de Trump.
“Oye, estúpida esclava”, dijo Shry antes de referirse a Chutkan, alega la declaración jurada. “Estás en nuestra mira, queremos matarte. … Si Trump no es elegido en 2024, vendremos a matarte, así que ten cuidado…”.
“Serás un objetivo personal, público, tu familia, todo”, supuestamente dijo.
Shry también “hizo una amenaza directa de matar” a la representante Sheila Jackson Lee, D-Texas, la comunidad LGBTQ y demócratas anónimos, alega la declaración jurada.
Tras su detención, Alvin, Shry reconoció haber hecho la llamada, pero dijo que no tenía planes de viajar a Washington, DC o Houston para cumplir ninguna de sus amenazas.
