MP who ordered a search at Black Wallstreet Capital is linked to the process
For the crime of abusive exercise of functions, a Control judge linked the former Public Prosecutor of the capital's Prosecutor's Office, Erick Armando 'N', to the process, who ordered the search of the financial company Black Wall Street Capital.
At the follow-up hearing, the judge ratified the preventive detention in the North Prison.
In addition, it set two months for the closure of the complementary investigation, which expires on November 29.
According to the investigations, on March 15, a search warrant was executed at the company located in the Anzures neighborhood, Miguel Hidalgo mayor's office, where Erick Armando "N", in his capacity as Public Prosecutor, possibly omitted the act of preserving the scene of the events and possibly stole evidence found during the inspection.
For this case too there are seven police officers in prison and linked to proceedings for the same crime as the Public Ministry.
At the end of the judicial act, Virgilio Tanús, lawyer for the owner of the financial company, pointed out that they have proven that the public servants stole money from the company and that in a couple of days they will have the evidence that proves the legal origin of the resources.
On the day of the investigation, five people were arrested inside the financial company, who were presented to the Public Ministry for crimes such as drug dealing and possession of firearms.
However, a few weeks later a federal judge ordered their release upon determining that there were irregularities in the actions attributed to them by the FGJ Public Ministry.
