Mike Pence Receives Special Counsel's Subpoena Into Investigation Of Trump's Role In January 6

ABC News first reported the existence of the subpoena.
The office of special counsel Jack Smith is seeking documents and testimony related to the January 6 assault on the Capitol, said the source. They want Pence to testify about his interactions with Trump before the 2020 election and on the day of the attack on the US Capitol, according to CNN.
Trump pressured Mike Pence when he was leading the congressional certification of the Electoral College results, to block or delay the result, on January 6, 2021.
Pence refused, a fact Trump publicly highlighted when he incited a crowd of his supporters that day before they marched on Capitol Hill.
