Mayors will allocate a percentage of their budget to sterilize animals
He Mexico City Congress approved a reform to the Animal Protection Lawthrough which an Animal Welfare Administrative Unit will be created in the mayor's offices and an amount will be allocated percentage from his budget annual to permanent campaigns animal sterilization in a situation of street.
