Latin America is thirsty

Mexico City, Caracas, São Paulo, Lima, Mendoza and Valparaíso, among others, share a problem: they have more and more inhabitants, but less water. Long droughts for climatic reasons exacerbate the problem, but it also includes factors such as pollution, poor management of water resources or infrastructure without maintenance. That Latin America suffers from thirst is inadmissible because this subcontinent has a third of the fresh water in the world.
