Belgian television has shown live the Belgian fans leaving the stands in apparent tranquility and walking around the stadium back to their homes, and later to the Swedes accompanied by police officers.

The match was suspended after 9:30 p.m. local time, at half-time, when the players found out about the attack in which two Swedish fans lost their lives in the center of Brussels and By mutual agreement between the two teams they decided not to continue the match.

This Monday night the Belgian Government activated a crisis center after the shooting shortly after 7:00 p.m. (5:00 p.m. GMT) in a central street of the Belgian capitalan attack that is being investigated as terrorist attack.
After the attack, The police reinforced security around the King Baudouin stadiumwhere the soccer match was played between the B teamsBelgium and Sweden for classification Euro Cup Germany 2024 and that was suspended when they tied at one goal.
