Katy Perry's daughter Daisy captures all eyes in her first public appearance

Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom's daughter, Daisy Dove, made her first public appearance at the finale of the pop star's "Play" residency in Las Vegas last Saturday.

The couple kept the little girl away from the public eye since her birth in August 2020, however, last weekend the singer presented it on screen during the show.

"Daisy! I love you so much," the 39-year-old performer exclaimed from the stage in a video shared by a fan via Twitter on Sunday.

"You're my best friend, I'm so glad you're here," the Grammy nominee said.

Daisy was dressed in a Minnie Mouse outfit and pink headphones over her ears, smiled at her mother and said hello to the camera, while Katy performed "Hot n Cold."

The little girl was also caught dancing with her dad during "Chained to the Rhythm."

Perry addressed Daisy again later in the show, to which Meghan Markle, Prince Harry, Celine Dion and more stars attended.

The celebrity also took the moment to praise Bloom, 46, who she said is an "incredible support system," and explained how she created the residence after the birth of her daughter 3 years ago.

"When I met her, it was like all the love I had always been looking for finally showed up, she made me whole, and healed me, and taught me how to play again, so this show is for everyone's inner child and for hope that maybe if we could all see life through the eyes of a child, we would be free," he continued.

Perry and the actor have only hinted at Daisy through Instagram since joining the family, and the couple has only shown their daughter's hand in the 2020 and 2022 climbs.

Bloom and his ex-wife, Miranda Kerr, have also kept their 12-year-old son private, Flynn, while they shared parenthood.

The former couple was married from 2010 to 2013. Following their divorce, the "Lord of the Rings" star began dating Perry in 2016 and got down on one knee in 2019.
