Jalisco Future Party joins alliance led by Morena
The councilor of Zapopan, Jalisco, Pedro Kumamotoannounced that the local party Futuro joins the alliance led by Morena in the entity, together with the PT and the Green Party, in order to confront the Citizen Movement (MC) in the elections of June 2, 2024.
"We are going to build a great movement of change for Jalisco, this is the decision that the Futuro militancy has made, facing the next election"Kumamoto published on social networks.

He explained that in the match Future could not stay with its arms crossedwhile the “Orange governments stole the future from the following generations.”
The councilor said that his party spoke with other political institutes to decide which one it would form an alliance with and that they would agree on their way of doing politics.
“For this reason, today we announce our coalition with Morena, PT, PVEM and allies. “Today we announce that we will make a great movement that, once and for all, puts an end to orange governments.”said Pedro Kumamoto.

He accused that MC has stopped some reforms and now his party seeks to promote laws in favor of the right to decide, for the right to housing, for the right to water, for victims, and for a new security model, among others.
In 2015, after a campaign that cost 250 thousand pesos, Kumamoto became the first independent candidatethat is, without the support of a political party, in winning a local council in the country, achieving 38% of the votes in District 10 of Jalisco.
