Israeli attacks on Gaza leave more than 10,000 dead in one month
Since the series of attacks carried out by Hamas and other Palestinian militias on October 7 and the intensification of the Israeli siege on the Strip, more than 10,000 people have been killed in Palestine and almost 1,500 in Israel.
The number of people killed during Israel's attacks on Gaza is already more than 10,000, in a month of offensive, according to data provided by the Strip's Ministry of Health. Israeli victims number 1,430, most during attacks carried out by Hamas and other Palestinian militias on October 7.
In total, 10,022 people have been killed in Loopthe vast majority in the indiscriminate bombings of the Israeli Army, although the ground incursions of the Israel Defense Forces have also left fatalities.
The majority of fatalities are children: 4,104, in the latest balance provided by the Gazan Ministry of Health. 2,641 of the dead are women and 3,277 are men.
Another 25,408 people have been injured in the attacks. Of that group, 6,360 are minors.
To the victims in the Gaza Strip, which Israel has kept blocked for two decades and besieged with constant bombings for a month, we must add those of the West Bank busy.
According to data collected by the Qatari television network Al Jazeera, 152 people have died in the West Bank, where Hamas does not hold power. The victims correspond to both actions of the Israeli Army and attacks by armed Israeli settlers, who occupy this Palestinian territory.
In Israel, the death toll rises to 1,430, the vast majority during the large-scale attacks carried out by Hamas and other Palestinian militias on October 7. This number also includes more than twenty soldiers killed during the ground invasion of the Strip.
Furthermore, Hamas holds 242 Israelis kidnapped since a month ago. 30 of those people are children.
According to official Israeli data, there have been 5,600 people injured.
