INM delegate dies during armed attack on Chihuahua highway
The Migration’s national institute (INM) confirmed the death of his delegate in Chihuahua, Lorenzo Gabriel Pico Escobar during a armed attack on Janos-Ascension highway.
The events occurred on Friday afternoon at Rancho ‘San José’.
The INM confirmed the news through its Twitter account and sent its condolences to the family of Pico Escobar.

The State Attorney General’s Office (FGE) of Chihuahua explained that armed subjects intercepted the first commander of the State Investigation Agency in the Northwest Zone, Alejandro DC, and officer Gil Manuel MS
The commander and his escort repelled the attack. Officer Gil Manuel died on the spot while the first commander died on the way to a hospital.
