Inflación en España sube al 6,1 % en febrero de 2023 | Noticias
El Instituto Nacional de Estadística (INE) de España anunció este martes que la inflación anual estimada del Índice de Precios de Consumo (IPC) fue de 6,1 por ciento en el mes de febrero.

El dato responde al indicador adelantado que elabora el ente para proporcionar un avance del IPC que, de concretarse, supondría un aumento de dos décimas en su tasa anual, ya que según los datos, en el mes de enero esta variación fue del 5,9 por ciento.
Según el ente, el incremento responde a que los precios de la electricidad se han elevado "frente al descenso registrado en febrero de 2022, y a que los alimentos y bebidas no alcohólicas aumentan más que en febrero del año pasado".
El INE destaca el descenso de los precios de los carburantes y lubricantes que habían aumentado en febrero de 2022, así como del transporte combinado de pasajeros que en similar periodo del año anterior se mantuvo estable.
"La tasa de variación anual estimada de la inflación subyacente (índice general sin alimentos no elaborados ni productos energéticos) aumenta dos décimas, hasta el 7,7 por ciento", precisa el instituto.
En este sentido, el informe refirió que el Índice de Precios de Consumo Armonizado (IPCA) anual se sitúa en el 6,1 por ciento, dos décimas más a la registrada en el mes anterior, por su parte, la variación mensual estimada del IPCA es del 1,0 por ciento.
Asimismo, el INE refiere que los datos difundidos en esta jornada constituyen un avance de los datos definitivos del IPC y del IPCA que se publicarán en el próximo mes de marzo.
