In Germany, they report an armed man running on the runways of Hamburg Airport

An armed man was seen late Saturday night (local time) at the Hamburg airport in Germany. According to the German tabloid Bild, They reported an unknown man in a vehicle in front of Terminal 1, who broke a security barrier with the car and ran towards the runways.

Air traffic at Hamburg Airport was immediately completely stopped and all access to the terminals is blocked. According to Bild, the man keeps two children captive in his Audi car. His wife alerted police in an emergency call that her husband was running armed toward the airport.

According to initial reports, he fired several shots from his vehicle and barricaded himself in the car with the children. Authorities are still confirming information.
