Samara Ăvila, HĂ©ctor Parra's lawyer, confirms that the final sentence of the actor -in the first instance- is 10 years with 6 months in jail.

HĂ©ctor Parra was arrested after being accused of sexual abuse against his 21-year-old daughter Alexa Parra Hoffman.

HĂ©ctor Parra was arrested in June 2021 and, after almost two years in prison, a judge determined that he is guilty of the crime of corruption of minors.
The 47-year-old actor will remain in prison for 10 years and 6 months.
His defense still has the possibility to appeal this decision and resort to other instances so that HĂ©ctor Parra can be released from prison before.

Alexa Hoffman denounced HĂ©ctor Parra in 2021 for sexual abuse; at the May 11 hearing, it was decided that he alone should be sentenced for corruption of minors.
