Neighbors of Don Eliseo they recorded the moment when his house collapsed, part of it being lost in the depth of the river, which little by little has been getting to the point of disappearing about 40 meters of land from the federal zone that corresponded to the National Water Comission (Conagua), until reaching the homes that it has been devouring one by one.
“Those from Conagua, those from Civil Protection, came, they were doing some work there supposedly to protect, but the truth is that they did very little, they left everything abandoned, they said they would return in 15 days and with the rains they didn't give them the chance. opportunity,” said Don Eliseo.
He considered that this situation is due to the negligence of authorities who at the time placed sandbags on the bank of the river, which were not enough to contain the current.
