Maurizio Milan, general director of Salernitana, assured that the club is evaluating the possibility of extending the contract to Guillermo Ochoa. The statements were made by the director of the Italian team in an interview with Tutto Salernitana, where he expressed his satisfaction with the campaign being carried out by the goalkeeper of the Mexican National Team.
Despite the fact that Paco Memo's contract ends at the end of the season, there is a renewal clause in it that the team's board of directors are seriously considering using to continue with the goalkeeper within the team.

“We will consider keeping it, there is finally a Salernitana in the team that we had in mind together with the president, a group of guys who fight game after game to get the result“Milan said about Paco Memo.
Memo Ochoa chose Salernitana as a destination after deciding not to continue with the Águilas del Américasince he arrived he established himself in the starting position due to the injury of the experienced Luigi Sepe, however with the return of the Italian, the Mexican has had to alternate the position in the starting lineup.
Guillermo Ochoa has stood out in several games in Serie A and has been present in the team's wins, however the criticism has generally been positive and it is said that teams like AC Milan or Inter Milan have been interested in taking over the services of those born in Guadalajara.
