FGR arrests weapons manufacturer in Baja California
The Attorney General's Office (FGR) headed by the Attorney General, Alejandro Gertz Manero, through the Specialized Regional Control Prosecutor's Office (FECOR), in its Baja California Delegation, detained a person and seized weapons and instruments for their production, in Tecate, Baja California.
According to the investigation folder, elements of the Federal Ministerial Police (PFM), of the Criminal Investigation Agency (AIC), received an anonymous complaint, which stated that in the Cuauhtémoc neighborhood, in a building on Xicoténcatl Street, armed people entered.

Following the protocols proposed by the Attorney General, Alejandro Gertz Manero, the Federal Public Ministry (MPF) requested an investigation technique before the judge and upon completion of the proceedings, the elements of the AIC detained Alejandro Cota Terán and located two short weapons. , 81 useful cartridges, eight magazines, two 3D printing machinesa computer equipment, various weapon parts and six motorcycles.
The property, the detainee and what was insured were placed at the disposal of the MPF, who is part of an investigation folder for crimes stipulated in the Federal Firearms and Explosives Law.
