Feijóo does not “respect” Bildu: “I leave your votes to Mr. Sánchez, I don't want them”

The candidate for the presidency of the Government, Alberto Núñez Feijóo, has focused his reply to the Basque parliamentary groups on the violence of ETA and has made it clear that “I don't want Bildu's votes, I leave them to Mr. Sánchez.” The popular has appealed to the socialists and has criticized their pacts with the formation abertzale: “You have to have a lot of courage to come to an agreement with those who killed your colleagues,” said the candidate for the investiture.

Alberto Núñez Feijóo, in line with the usual strategy of the popular party, has instrumentalized the victims of ETA by referring to the words of the Bildu spokesperson. In his speech, Aizpurua recalled that thanks to his votes “we have improved the lives of Basques and Spaniards”then the candidate recalled the terrorist attacks: “Now we orphans and widows have to be grateful to Bildu”he ironized.
